Masters Forge is a competitive tabletop card game where rival smiths test their craft in the Great Contest of the Forge. It is fast to learn and deep in decision making. Each Strike is a moment of pressure as players decide whether to play safe Commons or risk powerful Masterworks.
Four crafts shape the contest. Swords favour precision and direct strength. Axes favour momentum and bold plays. Armour rewards stability and careful timing. Shields excel at disruption, protection, and control.

Each Day is made of short Strikes. You play a Common, optionally upgrade with a Masterwork, then reveal to see who claims the Order. Every Strike is a choice between patience and ambition.
Turn steps:
1. Prepare your hand
2. Play a Common face down
3. Upgrade with a Masterwork if timing is right
4. Reveal and compare crafts
5. Resolve the Order and refill your hand
