Copyright, submissions, and privacy.
This page explains how the material on the Aqua Fortis Studios website may be used, how artist submissions are treated, and what happens if you contact the studio.
Copyright
All original text, artwork, project names, game concepts, logos, visual material, fiction material, card concepts, and website content on this site are owned by Aqua Fortis Studios / Gareth Howe or their credited creators unless otherwise stated.
You may link to this website and share short excerpts with credit.
You may not copy, reuse, modify, sell, publish, train on, scrape, or redistribute the artwork, writing, game material, project pages, logos, card concepts, fiction material, or visual assets without written permission.
Artist submissions
Artists keep ownership of the work they submit unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Aqua Fortis Studios will not use submitted artwork in a project, card, product, website feature, promotional material, or commercial release without permission.
If commercial use ever becomes relevant, that would need a separate written agreement first.
Credited creators
Some future project material may include work by credited artists, collaborators, testers, or contributors. Where another creator is credited, their work remains their own unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Privacy
If you contact Aqua Fortis Studios, your name, email address, portfolio link, message, and any files or links you choose to send may be used to reply to you and discuss the project you contacted us about.
Aqua Fortis Studios does not sell contact details. Your name, email, portfolio, or submitted material will not be published without permission.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something on this site uses your work by mistake, contact the studio and include enough information to identify the material.
